Vero Networks is a prominent telecommunications provider dedicated to delivering high-speed fiber-optic internet solutions across the country. As we broaden our reach into new territories, we are in search of a committed Senior Project Management Office Coordinator to become a part of our dynamic team. This role is crucial in fostering effective communication and collaboration both within the organization and with external partners, propelling our strategic growth initiatives.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with project leaders and functional managers to ensure accuracy and consistency in project data and reporting
  • Collaborate with cross-departmental leadership to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement processes that support informed decision-making
  • Provide centralized assistance to improve processes and standard operating procedures across various teams
  • Oversee data management and integrity, facilitating analysis and interpretation of information
  • Identify areas for process enhancement within the organization and formulate actionable plans
  • Develop comprehensive process maps and documentation that illustrate current and future business workflows
  • Assist project teams in establishing project tracking systems and documentation with uniform data formats

Essential Competencies:

  • Strong communication abilities to effectively address program-specific challenges
  • Proven dedication to the ongoing improvement of processes and tools
  • Proficient in Polarity Management to adapt to evolving stakeholder requirements
  • Detail-oriented self-starter capable of navigating uncertainty and quickly mastering new systems

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent professional experience
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience supporting multiple teams; experience in the telecommunications sector is advantageous
  • Familiarity with MS Project or similar project management software is preferred
