The successful candidate will be tasked with directing the execution, implementation, and successful completion of projects while ensuring they align with the organization's objectives and strategies.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Confirm the accuracy of contract scopes, drawings, specifications, and addendums
  • Collaborate with General Contractors to facilitate steel fabrication and on-site erection
  • Oversee the progress of drawings with the Detailing Team
  • Manage projects from award through detailing, fabrication, and erection phases
  • Liaise with architects, engineers, suppliers, and subcontractors
  • Schedule the production and delivery of materials while supervising erection
  • Lead project team meetings and establish clear expectations
  • Address jobsite challenges and manage change orders effectively
  • Cultivate and maintain client relationships
  • Submit and track transmittals
  • Provide updates on project progress and propose solutions
  • Proficient in Tekla, PowerFab, and Bluebeam Software

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in project management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking abilities
  • Strong planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented and results-driven
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
