We are looking for an Office Coordinator for Retail Management who will facilitate the efficient functioning of daily office operations and assist the management team in their administrative tasks.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide comprehensive office support; manage and direct phone calls and email correspondence in a courteous and professional manner; welcome guests and visitors, and handle general inquiries to ensure a seamless customer service experience.
  • Collaborate effectively and maintain a high level of professionalism when engaging with the management team and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Assist in monthly communications and follow-ups with tenants.
  • Ensure timely and accurate information flow.
  • Coordinate communication between the work order system and the engineering team to guarantee prompt completion of service requests.
  • Draft, edit, and format content for internal and external communications on behalf of the management team, including memos, emails, presentations, and reports.
  • Support the implementation of policies and procedures related to office administration and special projects.
  • Assist in the acquisition, maintenance, and organization of office equipment and supplies.
  • Provide technical assistance for equipment issues (computers, printers, copiers, etc.) and collaborate with IT support to resolve more complex technology challenges.
  • Prepare expense reports and verify submitted reimbursement requests for accuracy.

· Undertake additional duties and projects as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A minimum of 3 years of direct administrative support experience; education should include an associate or bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service capabilities.
  • Self-driven with a collaborative working style and a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to adapt to changing demands in real-time.

· Proven team player with robust analytical skills.

  • Proficient in technology and familiar with Google productivity tools is highly preferred.

The hourly compensation for this position ranges from $25 to $28, and it is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
