The successful candidate will be tasked with directing the execution, implementation, and conclusion of projects while ensuring they align with the organization's objectives and strategies.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Confirm the accuracy of contract scopes, drawings, specifications, and addendums
  • Collaborate with General Contractors to facilitate steel fabrication and on-site erection
  • Oversee the progress of drawings in conjunction with the Detailing Team
  • Manage projects from the award phase through detailing, fabrication, and erection
  • Liaise with architects, engineers, suppliers, and subcontractors
  • Organize the production schedule for material delivery and supervise erection
  • Conduct project team meetings and establish expectations
  • Address jobsite challenges and manage change orders
  • Cultivate and maintain client relationships
  • Submit and track transmittals
  • Provide updates on project progress and propose solutions
  • Proficient in Tekla, PowerFab, and Bluebeam Software

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in project management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
  • Strong planning, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Detail-oriented and results-driven
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
