Inside Sales Specialist

Essential Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with ERP management systems (similar to SAP, such as Aspect 4)

  • Highly organized, self-motivated, with excellent time management abilities and meticulous attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Dynamics, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and various online sales tools
  • Positive and proactive attitude
Preferred Experience:
  • Experience in the manufacturing sector is advantageous
Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage directly with customers through phone and email, ensuring a superior customer experience
  • Assist the Outside Sales team and Distributor Partners by preparing technical proposals, quotations, and other sales support tasks
  • Manage day-to-day operations of assigned Distribution Partners
Work Schedule:

Standard hours are Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.

Compensation:

The annual salary ranges from $50,000 to $70,000, commensurate with experience, along with a performance-based bonus structure.

Overtime is only required as necessary, with occasional travel (10-15%) for training purposes.

Business casual attire is expected, and candidates must pass a drug screening and background check.
