Join Our Team as a Spare Parts Sales Leader

Key Responsibilities

Lead Sales and Operations:
  • Manage spare parts sales, including marketing, procurement, logistics, and business development.
  • Strategically plan for revenue growth and product profitability.
  • Monitor performance metrics like revenue, sales pipeline goals, and gross profit.

Customer And Supplier Relations

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
  • Address potential threats and opportunities for enhanced partnerships.

Marketing Management

  • Control marketing budget and create strategies to boost brand presence and generate leads.
  • Represent the company at industry events to promote products and services.

Process Management

  • Oversee commercial and logistical processes, including Letters of Credit, Shipping, and Office Management.

Qualifications

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
  • 10+ years of experience in a related field.

Preferred

  • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or related field.
  • Additional skills in engineering/technical fields, ability to interpret manufacturing drawings, and knowledge of machining and fabrication.
