Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Membership Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive plans to drive membership growth, retention, and engagement.
  • Member Account Management: Manage member accounts, relationships, and communications to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Event Planning and Execution: Oversee the creation and execution of member events, conferences, and workshops that align with our company's vision.
  • Data Analysis and Insights: Analyze membership data to identify growth opportunities, trends, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the marketing team to develop membership packages, promotions, and campaigns that drive results.

Requirements:

  • Membership Sales Experience: Proven track record of success in membership sales, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Excellent leadership skills to motivate and guide team members, with a focus on driving results and achieving goals.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with members, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Organizational and Time Management: High level of organizational skills to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
