The Institute for Portfolio Alternatives is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to serve as the Director of Membership Sales and Development. This role will oversee the organization's member recruitment and retention efforts, ensuring that all membership-related revenue goals are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster a sales-driven approach within the organization to drive growth and expansion.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive new member acquisition and retention.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with existing members, focusing on successful onboarding and ongoing engagement.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure membership growth and satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement processes to enhance efficiency and maximize revenue.
  • Meet or exceed annual revenue goals by regularly analyzing membership progress and adjusting strategies as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales performer with a strong track record in executive-level engagement, relationship building, and strategic sales.
  • Extensive sales and client management experience, with a focus on building lasting client relationships and delivering strong financial results.
  • Self-starter with a motivated, proactive approach; versatile and willing to take risks to drive growth and expansion.
