Job Overview

Lloyjor WA is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to fill the role of Customer Relations Associate. This entry-level position offers a unique opportunity to develop essential skills in sales, customer service, and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate customer transactions, including order processing and sales inquiries, to ensure seamless communication and timely resolution.
  • Generate customer orders, estimates, and service recommendations, utilizing strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Verify product details, quantities, and pricing on all orders to guarantee accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Provide daily customer support, addressing inquiries and assisting with customer needs in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Follow up on customer inquiries and requests promptly, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain and update customer records and files for efficient tracking and communication, utilizing effective organizational skills.
  • Resolve customer complaints professionally and effectively, utilizing strong conflict resolution skills.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop corrective actions aligned with company goals, driving continuous improvement and growth.

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, to effectively manage customer data and communicate with stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement, driving innovation and excellence in customer service.
  • Capable of addressing practical issues and handling various scenarios, utilizing strong critical thinking skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, maintaining high standards in all forms of communication, including email, to effectively engage with customers and stakeholders.
