Customer Support Associate, Bilingual Norwegian

At SpaceX, we're pushing the boundaries of space exploration and development. As a Customer Support Associate, you'll be a key part of our team, ensuring our customers have an exceptional experience with our Starlink satellite constellation.

Responsibilities:
  • Triage and resolve customer issues across multiple channels, providing timely and effective support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create and improve troubleshooting workflows and resolve root cause issues.
  • Develop and maintain internal knowledge base and help center collateral to ensure seamless customer support.
  • Provide technical support to customers using hardware, software, and network expertise.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
  • 1+ years of experience in a front-lines customer support role.
  • Fluent in Norwegian and English.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Experience in a training, learning and development, analytics, service design, vendor management, or content management role.
Compensation and Benefits:

Competitive hourly rate: $24.00/hour (Customer Support Bilingual/Level 1) or $26.50/hour (Customer Support Bilingual/Level 2).
