In this exciting position, you will have the opportunity to leverage your expertise in sales administration and operations to drive business growth and enhance customer satisfaction.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing pre-sale sales and customer support services to internal, external, and international customers.
  • Managing sales goals for assigned in-house customers and contributing to the development of sales forecasts and reports.
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams to achieve sales objectives and drive business growth.
  • Developing and implementing sales tracking mechanisms to optimize sales performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key customers, agents, and partners to drive loyalty and repeat business.
  • Supporting the Sales team on long-term and tactical short-term goals for account growth and penetration.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging market opportunities to stay ahead of the competition.

A competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year is offered for this role, as well as full benefits, including health, dental, vision, prescription drug, 401(k) with match, life, AD&D, short-term disability, vacation, sick leave, and holidays.
