Administrative Coordinator

**Job Description:**
We are looking for an Administrative Coordinator to join our team at the Children's Hospital & Research Center Oakland. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to our department, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and contributing to the overall success of our organization.
**Responsibilities:
- Provide secretarial and clerical support to our department.
- Coordinate meetings and events.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
**Requirements:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year experience in medical office or other customer service role dealing face-to-face with public.
- Proficiency in computer data entry/keyboarding and electronic medical records.
- Excel skills required.
**Estimated Salary:** $55,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
