Position Details:
Our local FARMERS agency is seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to become part of our agency team. In collaboration with the agency owner, you will develop strategies and implement best practices for customer engagement. Utilizing your analytical abilities, you will assess and evaluate the effectiveness of loyalty initiatives and customer satisfaction programs, with the ultimate aim of continually enhancing customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service
- Cross-sell auto, home, and business insurance products to existing clients
- Maintain a Property & Casualty license
- Possess the necessary insurance licensing to sell, solicit, or negotiate insurance products as mandated by state regulations
- Utilize PC software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and Internet Explorer
- Analyze metrics and performance data
- Provide coaching and support to team members
- Hold a valid driver's license
Compensation: $17/hour plus commissions
Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
You will be an integral part of a team in an office environment. The Customer Care Specialist will be a valued member of the agency.
