We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team at Marriott Vacations Worldwide.
Job Description:This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional to take on a leadership role and drive revenue growth. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading day-to-day sales activities, building long-term customer relationships, and achieving sales objectives.
- Sales Leadership:
- Lead a team of sales professionals in achieving personal and location revenue goals.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue growth.
- Mentor and train direct reports to enhance their sales skills.
- Customer Relationship Building:
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings.
- Foster strong relationships within the community to expand the customer base for sales opportunities.
- Manage and develop relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Operational Excellence:
- Monitor direct reports' day-to-day activities to ensure seamless execution.
- Participate in sales calls to acquire new business and close existing opportunities.
- Execute operational aspects of business booked, including proposal generation and customer correspondence.
- Market Analysis:
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitors' strengths and weaknesses, and economic conditions.
- Identify new business opportunities to achieve personal and location revenue goals.
- Exceptional Customer Service:
- Support the company's service and relationship strategy to drive customer loyalty.
- Service customers to grow share of the account.
- Execute and support the company's customer service standards.
We offer competitive salary packages, including an estimated $85,000 - $115,000 per year, based on experience and performance.
