About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team at Marriott Vacations Worldwide.

Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional to take on a leadership role and drive revenue growth. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading day-to-day sales activities, building long-term customer relationships, and achieving sales objectives.

  • Sales Leadership:
    • Lead a team of sales professionals in achieving personal and location revenue goals.
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue growth.
    • Mentor and train direct reports to enhance their sales skills.
  • Customer Relationship Building:
    • Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings.
    • Foster strong relationships within the community to expand the customer base for sales opportunities.
    • Manage and develop relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Monitor direct reports' day-to-day activities to ensure seamless execution.
    • Participate in sales calls to acquire new business and close existing opportunities.
    • Execute operational aspects of business booked, including proposal generation and customer correspondence.
  • Market Analysis:
    • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitors' strengths and weaknesses, and economic conditions.
    • Identify new business opportunities to achieve personal and location revenue goals.
  • Exceptional Customer Service:
    • Support the company's service and relationship strategy to drive customer loyalty.
    • Service customers to grow share of the account.
    • Execute and support the company's customer service standards.
    Benefits and Compensation:

We offer competitive salary packages, including an estimated $85,000 - $115,000 per year, based on experience and performance.
