We're currently seeking an experienced HVAC Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for recruiting, developing, and leading HVAC salespersons into great results. With a proven sales track record and at least 5 years of sales experience, you will be able to translate your skills into leading service technicians and drive business growth.



Required Skills and Qualifications


To succeed in this role, you will need:



  • A proven sales track record
  • At least 5 years of sales experience

  • 3+ years of leadership and management experience
