Administrative Coordinator

We are a Hybrid Broker Dealer/Registered Investment Advisory (RIA) firm with a strong focus on providing highly personalized financial planning and wealth management services to our clients.
About the RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to provide administrative support to our team of wealth management professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to financial advisors and other team members, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Correspondence and Reports: Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Client Inquiries: Manage client inquiries and requests, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Client Records: Maintain client records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Special Projects: Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience in an administrative support role, preferably in a financial services or wealth management environment.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other office software applications. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Confidentiality: Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $60,000 commensurate with education, experience, and licenses. Benefits include 401k with match, health/dental/vision insurance, and opportunities to attend conferences and additional training.
