Job Description

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our team. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients and candidates, and for driving sales growth through effective business development and sales strategies.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Developing and executing sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients and candidates
  • Collaborating with internal teams to achieve sales and business objectives

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • 2+ years of experience in a sales or business development role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
