Field Sales Account Manager

Motorola Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Account Manager to join our team. As a Field Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers in the public safety industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the public safety market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including police leadership, agency directors, and legislative representatives.
- Provide expert-level knowledge of Motorola Solutions' products and services to customers, identifying opportunities to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sales plans, including product and service offerings, pricing, and promotions.
- Travel extensively within the assigned territory to meet with customers, attend industry events, and build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or communications.
- Minimum 2+ years of sales experience in the public safety industry, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong relationships with key decision-makers in the public safety industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
