- Analyze accounts to ensure accurate quoting and implementation of solutions
- Perform cold calls daily to prospective customers and provide quotes as needed
- Maintain sales reports and submit them to superiors
- A strong customer service focus and excellent customer service skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Computer literacy and working knowledge of MS Office products
- Ability to establish and maintain professional working relationships with co-workers, employees, managers, officials, and the general public
- Knowledge and/or experience of applicable sales practices and company policies and procedures
- A minimum 1-3 years experience as a sales professional performing outside sales, preferably in a solutions and service industry
- A college degree or equivalent work experience
- A grasp of sales and negotiation tactics and practices
