Job Title: Key Account Executive

Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Executive to join our team at Snap-on. As a Key Account Executive, you will be responsible for growing the sales and profitability of our business units and brands by developing and implementing strategies to maximize market share.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer experience and equipment sales to defined Key Accounts in a defined geography and list of accounts.
  • Coordinate sales and marketing activities of RS&I business units to improve sales in defined territory and list of accounts.
  • Achieve sales and profitability goals for RS&I.
  • Provide tactical plan in areas of sales, promotion planning, profitability, and general business operations for assigned accounts.
  • Direct meeting contact with Key Account Customers.
  • Coordinate efforts of business units to support assigned customers.
  • Achieve sales targets and growth objectives.

Requirements:

  • Proven direct sales and sales management experience.
  • Bachelors degree and knowledge of Snap-on Equipment, preferred.
  • Strong communications, interpersonal, relationship building, presentations, oral/written, listening, etc.
  • Ability to effectively present in front of groups.
  • Sales forecasting and planning.
  • Marketing planning.
  • Automotive business operations.
  • Ability to train internal and external customers.
  • Competitors strength knowledge.
  • Computer proficiency.

  • Experience supporting Multi-Store Operators in Mechanical or Collision repair industries.
  • Experience selling Undercar and Collision Equipment.
  • Advanced knowledge of the Snap-on family of brands and equipment.
