Business Development Executive

The Business Development Executive role at Bird Rock Systems involves driving sales through meetings, calls, and events, and building strong relationships with partners, clients, and affiliates. The ideal candidate will have a results-driven mindset, effective communication skills, and the ability to use critical thinking to solve complex issues.
Main Responsibilities:
- Learn about industry changes, company and partner trainings, and apply them to develop and implement tailored sales strategies.
- Generate sales activities such as meetings, conference calls, event attendance, and schedule 4 new business meetings weekly.
- Build strong relationships with partners, clients, and affiliates by meeting with them weekly and setting client cadences monthly.
- Deliver exceptional customer support and ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of proven success in client management.
- Familiarity with sales performance metrics.
- Experience prospecting at a high volume and generating new business accounts.
