Business Development Executive

Addison Group is a leading staffing firm dedicated to providing exceptional recruitment services. We are currently seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and a competitive spirit. A four-year degree or equivalent is required, as well as professional oral and written communication skills.
This role offers a salary of $55,000 depending on experience, plus uncapped commissions. Our comprehensive benefits package includes flexible PTO, weekly pay, and a range of perks such as pre-taxed commuter benefits and an Addison Group Wellness Program.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and selling to potential business deals, scheduling and attending client meetings, developing and maintaining client relationships, and negotiating fees and closing deals in accordance with company goals and expectations.
