Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Writer to join our team at AGCO. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assign jobs and work areas to service technicians based on their skills and knowledge
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff members as needed
  • Proactively seek customer feedback, anticipate problems, and respond promptly
  • Review repair work orders for accuracy and completeness, and approve the release of equipment for delivery to customers
  • Collaborate with the service manager and other departments to ensure seamless operations

Requirements:

  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in software applications
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; diesel or ag technology degree preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
