Service Writer Job Description

We are seeking a Service Writer to join our team at AGCO. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling field service and shop service technicians, ensuring timely invoicing of work orders, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Performance Indicators:

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; diesel or ag technology degree preferred
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in software applications
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
