Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
  • Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, guest registration, and telephone inquiries.
  • Assist with routing telephone inquiries and directing guests to the appropriate Fitness Consultant.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
  • Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales goals in the ProShop.
  • Assist with operational duties as requested by management, including stocking and organizing retail offerings.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to interpret business communications, including personal training contracts and pricing packages.
  • Physical demands include bending, squatting, jumping, running, reaching, walking, hopping, spinning, and kicking, with the ability to lift 50 pounds.
