Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Remington Hotels. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience during their stay.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide warm and welcoming greetings to guests, ensuring a positive first impression of our hotel.
- Efficiently process guest check-ins and check-outs, handling all necessary paperwork and transactions.
- Manage cash handling and credit card transactions, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Assist with pre-registration and blocking of reservations, ensuring seamless guest experiences.
- Have a working knowledge of hotel rates, discounts, and cancellation procedures.
- Collaborate with the front office team to ensure seamless communication and efficient operations.
