Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide warm and welcoming greetings to guests, setting the tone for a memorable stay.
  • Efficiently handle check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Offer expert knowledge on hotel facilities, services, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner.
  • Process guest payments and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure a seamless experience.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls and handling reservations.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior cash handling experience is necessary.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Very good computer skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in customer service is preferred.
  • Knowledge of hotel or resort operations is a plus.
