Your Responsibilities:

As the Manager of Reactive Maintenance Operations, you will play a crucial role in establishing the company's inaugural team of Maintenance Technicians in the Dallas area. Your leadership, ongoing coaching, and mentorship will be vital in attracting and retaining top talent while fostering a team that excels in technical capabilities and enhances customer satisfaction as the primary connection to our residents and homes. Your commitment to operational excellence and resident experience will be essential in delighting our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Recruit, retain, and manage a team of Technicians, ensuring they are well-trained and motivated to efficiently handle maintenance requests.
  • Work Order Management: Oversee and coordinate responses to maintenance requests, ensuring high-quality workmanship and timely completion.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections of completed work to ensure compliance with company standards and customer expectations.
  • Resource Management: Collaborate with dispatch and optimization teams to allocate resources effectively, maximizing productivity and meeting operational demands.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with various functions to share information proactively and achieve optimal business outcomes.
