Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Regional Director of Maintenance to lead our maintenance and reliability initiatives across multiple plants and terminals. This is a critical role that requires a strong leader with a proven track record of driving improvement and excellence in maintenance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement best practice maintenance and reliability strategies to optimize plant performance and reduce downtime.
  • Lead a team of maintenance and reliability professionals to ensure effective execution of maintenance plans and projects.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to drive business results.
  • Develop and manage budgets for maintenance and reliability initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of maintenance and reliability personnel.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and prioritize capital projects and maintenance initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure effective maintenance and reliability services.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline (mechanical, electrical, civil).
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the cement industry or similar process industry with line management experience and/or consulting experience.
  • Proven track record of driving improvement and excellence in maintenance and reliability.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to read, write, and understand warning labels, instructions, signs, etc.
