Job Overview:
This pivotal role involves overseeing and coordinating the maintenance, repair, and overhaul of aircraft systems to ensure compliance with airworthiness standards. The individual will act as a leader, guiding a team in the execution of essential maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
As the Senior Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
1. Leading the maintenance team to ensure all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks are completed efficiently.
2. Managing the operational priorities to deliver safe and reliable aircraft to our clients.
3. Ensuring adherence to maintenance performance standards and regulatory requirements.
4. Documenting all maintenance activities in accordance with Army, FAA, and other necessary regulations.

Technical Duties:
• Directing troubleshooting and repair efforts for aircraft structures and components, including wings, fuselage, and functional systems.
• Reading and interpreting technical manuals and directives to determine appropriate maintenance procedures.
• Conducting inspections of engines and components to identify any damage or wear, and performing necessary repairs or replacements.
• Overseeing the servicing of aircraft, including fuel and oil changes, and ensuring all systems are operational.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
- A High School Diploma or GED.
- An A&P License is mandatory.
- A minimum of five years of relevant experience in aircraft maintenance or a related field.

Skills Required:
• Proficient in reading and interpreting safety regulations and maintenance instructions.
• Strong mathematical skills for calculations related to maintenance tasks.
• Excellent reasoning abilities to solve complex problems in a structured environment.
• Familiarity with computer software for documentation and reporting purposes.

Work Environment:
The work environment is typically loud and may involve exposure to mechanical parts, chemicals, and varying weather conditions. Physical demands include lifting heavy objects and performing tasks that require agility and strength.

Additional Requirements:
• Must be able to obtain a SECRET security clearance.
• Willingness to travel and work in diverse environments as needed.
