We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Operations Manager to join our team at the Town of Addison Texas. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of assigned employees, prioritizing and assigning work, and conducting performance evaluations to ensure staff are sufficiently trained.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of employees to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Prioritize and assign work to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects
- Conduct regular performance evaluations to identify areas for improvement and provide training and development opportunities
- Make recommendations for hiring, termination, and disciplinary actions
