**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to provide administrative support to our team. As an Office Manager at Oak View Group, you will be responsible for providing general office/administrative/accounting support, including input of weekly cash and sales reports, A/P and A/R data entry, event reporting. You will also assist with basic payroll functions, provide accounting support to company departments, and prepare current workbooks containing financial information by event type. Additionally, you will provide general office and clerical support, and handle basic Human Resources functions.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, report preparation, and event coordination
* Assist with payroll functions, including processing and reconciliations
* Provide accounting support to company departments, including financial analysis and reporting
* Prepare current workbooks containing financial information by event type
* Provide general office and clerical support, including answering phones and responding to emails
* Handle basic Human Resources functions, including recruitment and onboarding

**Requirements**

* 2+ years of experience in an administrative or accounting role
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
