You will also assist with basic payroll functions, provide accounting support to company departments, and prepare current workbooks containing financial information by event type. Additionally, you will provide general office and clerical support, and handle basic Human Resources functions.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, report preparation, and event coordination
• Assist with payroll functions, including processing and reconciliations
• Provide accounting support to company departments, including financial analysis and reporting
• Prepare current workbooks containing financial information by event type
• Provide general office and clerical support, including answering phones and responding to emails
• Handle basic Human Resources functions, including recruitment and onboarding
