Position Overview:

We are in search of a proactive and outcome-oriented Account Manager. This pivotal role encompasses the dual responsibilities of identifying elite candidates and spearheading business development initiatives to attract new clientele. The Account Manager will also oversee client accounts, cultivate robust relationships, and guarantee a smooth recruitment experience.

Core Responsibilities:

Candidate Acquisition:

  • Employ diverse sourcing strategies, including job platforms, social networks, and referrals, to discover potential candidates.
  • Establish and sustain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and upcoming vacancies.
  • Utilize advanced sourcing techniques such as Boolean and X-ray searches to uncover passive candidates.
  • Conduct in-depth research to pinpoint candidates who align with the specific requirements of open roles.
  • Evaluate candidate resumes and profiles to determine qualifications and suitability for particular positions.
  • Engage with prospective candidates to assess their interest and availability.

Client Acquisition:

  • Identify and pursue new business prospects to secure additional clients within the assigned territory.
  • Conduct market analysis to pinpoint potential clients and formulate strategies for engagement.
  • Develop and nurture a network of industry contacts to generate leads and referrals.
  • Present the services of Diamond Peak Recruiting to prospective clients and negotiate contractual agreements.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Oversee and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure their recruitment objectives are fulfilled.
  • Act as the primary liaison for clients, promptly addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Provide clients with regular updates regarding the status of their open positions and candidates.
  • Collaborate with clients to comprehend their specific hiring requirements and deliver customized recruitment solutions.

Market Awareness:

  • Remain updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to offer valuable insights to clients and candidates.
  • Engage in networking events and industry associations to broaden professional connections and stay informed about market developments.

Required Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience as a recruiter or account manager within the recruitment sector.
  • Strong candidate sourcing capabilities with proficiency in various recruitment tools and platforms.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to conduct comprehensive candidate research and identify qualified individuals.
  • Proven success in business development and client relationship management.
  • High level of organization and meticulous attention to detail.
