Job Summary:

Q Consulting is seeking a highly experienced Project Coordinator to support senior leadership in coordinating complex projects and executive needs. This role requires advanced skills in calendaring, scheduling, and project coordination, with expertise with Microsoft Office Suite. You will play a key role in coordinating cross-functional initiatives and providing operational support to ensure business objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and maintain executive schedules, including calendar management and daily agendas
  • Assist in the preparation and organization of strategic plans and meeting materials
  • Act as a liaison between the executive leadership and other departments, ensuring projects are executed effectively
  • Manage travel arrangements and expense reports for executives and select team members
  • Provide support for the creation of high-quality presentations, reports, and invoices
  • Communicate professionally and confidentially with senior executives and clients
  • Oversee tech team coordination as needed and manage other related projects

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential matters with professionalism and discretion
  • Experience in the financial services sector is a plus, but not required
