Job Summary

This is a full-time in-office position with the InsideHigherEd organization. The Program Manager II will be responsible for managing several research projects and initiatives within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide program support to investigators, including coordinating research fieldwork operations, data collection, management & analyses, and working closely with investigators to manage program activities, track program progress and prepare reports to external funding agencies.
  • Assist with program expenditures to ensure compliance with the program budget and timely completion of deliverables.
  • Coordinate and provide program support to committees/working groups within the research network.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of directly-related work experience; OR
  • High School Diploma or equivalent and 7 years of directly-related work experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's Degree preferred
  • Experience managing complex programs with multiple consortium partners desired
