Job Title: Operations Coordinator

The Louisiana Bucket Brigade is seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to support the internal office operations and administrative functions of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Deputy Director and Executive Director with administrative tasks
  • Maintain up-to-date external communications regarding staff, contact information, and hiring communications
  • Coordinate logistics for team-wide meetings and events
  • Monitor the office mail and voicemail and distribute to the appropriate staff
  • Develop and/or refine administrative systems as necessary

Requirements:

  • At least three years of experience in an administrative or operations role
  • Experience working with databases and managing systems
  • Experience implementing staff onboarding and training protocols
  • Comfortable working with a diverse staff

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Some experience in an HR support role or interest in human resources
