Operations Coordinator

The Louisiana Bucket Brigade is seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to support the internal office operations and administrative functions of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Deputy Director and Executive Director with administrative tasks
- Maintain up-to-date external communications regarding staff, contact information, and hiring communications
- Coordinate logistics for team-wide meetings and events
- Monitor the office mail and voicemail and distribute to the appropriate staff
- Develop and/or refine administrative systems as necessary
Requirements:
- At least three years of experience in an administrative or operations role
- Experience working with databases and managing systems
- Experience implementing staff onboarding and training protocols
- Comfortable working with a diverse staff
Preferred Qualifications:
- Some experience in an HR support role or interest in human resources
