About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Provider Practice Coordinator. This role is responsible for coordinating the daily operations of programs and projects, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and facilitate educational events and programs, ensuring timely and effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Uphold quality oversight for assigned programs through data maintenance and assessment of key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Ensure consistent and timely communication of notifications and events, maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Assist with marketing and promotion of programs, in-services, and educational events, leveraging expertise to drive engagement and participation.
  • Support special projects and initiatives, applying analytical and problem-solving skills to drive results.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of related experience; 3 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills, with ability to prioritize multiple projects and work under minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in using computers, software, and web-based applications, with ability to learn new systems and technologies.
