Job Overview

As a seasoned sales professional, you will work closely with Enterprise and/or Strategic Account Executives to manage a large portfolio of high-value accounts, driving incremental growth and developing long-term strategic account plans. This role requires enterprise solution-selling experience to identify white-space opportunities and solve customers' business problems, protecting and growing revenue in assigned accounts while reducing account churn.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services, identifying customer needs and developing account strategies to maintain and grow business.
  • Develop positive relationships with partners and clients, identifying business problems that can be solved with T-Mobile solutions and products, and regularly meeting with clients to develop strategy and outcomes.
  • Manage account input and feedback for all projects, coordinating with internal departments to drive resolution to customer problems.
Requirements
  • 4-7 years B2B field sales experience, preferably working with Fortune 1K accounts (Enterprise level).
  • 2-4 years telecom, software, or technology experience.
