Account Executive Opportunity

Our growing Healthcare client is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join their team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals, driving lead generation, and moving families into senior care communities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive growth and revenue in your assigned territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including case managers, discharge planners, and doctors
  • Generate daily qualified patient referrals from your assigned market plan accounts
  • Deliver on target quota of families selecting a senior care option each month
  • Cultivate new contacts within each account through networking, cold calls, and service presentations
  • Educate families on their care options and work with Healthcare Senior Living Advisors to find the right senior living option
  • Pilot new initiatives, tests, and processes in your territory and provide feedback to improve tools and resources
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Three or more years of outside sales experience as an individual contributor
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and collaborating with other teams
  • Successfully demonstrated experience in presenting to target customers and overcoming objections
  • Ability to travel locally in your territory (5 days a week)
  • Strong communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • Effective time management skills
  • Healthcare/hospital sales experience highly preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and a CRM (Salesforce preferred)
Additional Information:

You will be in the field daily, working with your Regional Director to build your account plan each week. Your time in the field will include scheduled presentations at accounts, calls, and impromptu drop-ins to meet with case managers, discharge planners, doctors, and the patients being discharged.
