As a Senior Vice President of Sales & Business Development, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with our growth objectives. This role involves managing a team of 10 sales professionals with the goal of expanding our landscape maintenance contract sales across the state.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company's growth objectives.
  2. Lead, motivate, and manage a 10-person sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
  3. Foster and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure their needs are met and identify opportunities for upselling and contract renewal.

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of sales experience in the landscape or related industry, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role managing a sales team. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Horticulture, or a related field is required. An MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred.

Compensation Package:
  • A competitive annual salary ranging from $150,000 - $180,000.
