About the Opportunity

We are excited to offer a highly competitive compensation package for this role, with a base salary of $90,000 - $120,000 per year, plus commissions and benefits.

This is a dynamic and challenging opportunity to join a leading staffing and recruitment company, Kapson LLC, as a Business Development Specialist. You will be responsible for driving business growth and profitability through effective sales strategies and relationship-building.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing sales plans to achieve business objectives;
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and online research;
  • Managing multiple projects across a large territory with excellent multitasking skills;
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers;
  • Utilizing consultative sales techniques to build lasting business relationships, including prospecting, marketing, and pricing strategies;
  • Engaging in frequent phone prospecting, conducting sales presentations and virtual demonstrations, and negotiating contracts with minimal supervision;
  • Leveraging solution-based selling techniques to showcase the value of our services effectively;
  • Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with both new prospects and existing clients;
  • Building trust-based, professional relationships with key decision-makers;
  • Planning and executing daily tasks, meeting specific activity benchmarks to close deals successfully;
  • Consistently logging activities and managing customer information within a CRM system (e.g., Salesforce);
  • Operating with a high sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment;
  • Proactively communicating with key decision-makers and influencers throughout the sales process;

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience, 3-5 years of extensive face-to-face B2B selling experience, particularly at the mid-to-senior levels, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Experience with CRM or SFA tools is also required.
