About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales District Leader to join our Frito Lay Sales and Distribution team. As a Sales District Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives and driving business growth in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of 10-15 Route Sales Representatives (RSRs) to achieve sales objectives and goals
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow sales and market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Conduct regular sales meetings and provide coaching and feedback to RSRs
  • Collaborate with the product supply team to ensure accurate forecasts and product availability
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to customers as required
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years leading a team of frontline employees
  • Consumer packaged goods experience in a Direct Store Delivery environment preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Valid driver's license and safe driving record
