Position Overview:

As a Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading our retail operations, ensuring that customers receive top-notch service and the wireless products they need. This position offers a chance to drive sales and foster a positive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee retail sales of mobile devices and wireless services to customers.
  • Implement innovative marketing strategies to create additional sales opportunities.
  • Enhance personal knowledge of telecommunications products and services continuously.
  • Guide retail sales representatives in best practices to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Identify new sales opportunities through community engagement and marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and monitor action plans to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
  • Conduct performance reviews for Wireless Specialists with input from the District Sales Manager.
  • Manage the training program for new hires, ensuring compliance with all training requirements.
  • Participate in the recruitment process by pre-screening candidates and conducting interviews.
  • Coordinate shift schedules to optimize team performance.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and communication skills, with the ability to connect with a diverse customer base.
  • Strong motivation and eagerness to learn and excel in a retail environment.
  • Proficiency with technology and a quick understanding of wireless products.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Dynamic and positive team leader with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
