Compensation Package:

  • Annual salary range: $80,000-$110,000

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership and Strategy:

  • Manage the sales performance and operations of various retail outlets within your designated district.
  • Formulate and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and surpass targets.
  • Lead a team of Store Managers and Sales Associates to optimize sales, enhance customer satisfaction, and ensure compliance.
  • Evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies for improvement.
  • Collaborate with Store Managers to ensure effective product positioning, account analysis, promotional strategies, and customer service excellence.

Team Development:

  • Recruit, train, and mentor Store Managers and Sales Associates.
  • Implement effective training and development programs in partnership with the Leadership & Training team.
  • Provide continuous support, coaching, and feedback to improve team performance.

Operational Excellence:

  • Ensure adherence to cash handling policies, inventory management, and operational guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the Operations team to enhance cost-effectiveness and efficiency of retail operations.

Customer Satisfaction:

  • Promote a customer-focused culture to achieve and maintain high Net Promoter Scores (NPS) across all locations.
  • Implement strategies to elevate the overall customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in retail management or a related field is required.
  • Experience in wireless/cable/retail sales is preferred.

Sales and Leadership Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the profitability and supervision of all stores in the assigned area.
  • Analyze sales trends to unlock the full potential of each store by maximizing resources, promotions, and team effectiveness.
  • Conduct regular sales channel analysis, reporting, and benchmarking to continuously improve sales productivity and quality.
  • Develop and manage monthly forecasts for sales performance, commissions, expenses, and special projects.
  • Coordinate with inbound sales and retention departments to leverage best practices for product positioning and customer expectations.
  • Monitor sales quotas and operational effectiveness for all Managers and Sales Representatives in assigned locations.
  • Conduct regular meetings with sales staff to assist them in achieving their goals.

Operational Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures among all team members.
  • Maintain standards of appearance as established by Blufox Mobile.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Customer Experience Management:

  • Manage NPS (Customer Satisfaction) scores for customer interactions within the district.
  • Work with the team to ensure excellence in customer service with every interaction.
  • Coordinate with Leadership & Development personnel to initiate and sustain effective training programs.
