Job Overview

Position: Retail District Manager

Company Overview: Blufox Mobile is a prominent partner for Comcast XFINITY services, committed to delivering high-speed Internet, Mobile, Home Security, Video, and Voice solutions to both residential and commercial clients. We are on the lookout for dynamic individuals to take on the role of District Managers as we expand our footprint across the nation.

Compensation:

  • Annual salary range: $80,000-$110,000
  • Comprehensive benefits package: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, Paid training, Vacation, Sick, and Personal Time OFF

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership and Strategy:

  • Manage the sales performance and operations of various retail outlets within your designated district.
  • Formulate and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue and surpass objectives.
  • Guide a team of Store Managers and Sales Associates to optimize sales, enhance customer satisfaction, and ensure compliance.
  • Evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies for improvement.
  • Collaborate with Store Managers to ensure effective product placement, account analysis, promotional strategies, and customer service excellence.

Team Development:

  • Recruit, train, and mentor Store Managers and Sales Associates.
  • Implement impactful training and development programs in partnership with the Leadership & Training team.
  • Provide continuous support, coaching, and constructive feedback to boost team performance.

Operational Excellence:

  • Ensure adherence to cash handling protocols, inventory management, and operational standards.
  • Collaborate with the Operations team to improve cost-effectiveness and efficiency in retail operations.

Customer Satisfaction (NPS):

  • Promote a customer-focused culture to achieve and maintain high Net Promoter Scores (NPS) across all locations.
  • Develop strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years in retail management or a related field is required.
  • Experience in wireless, cable, or retail sales is preferred.

Sales and Leadership Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the profitability and supervision of all stores in the assigned district.
  • Analyze sales trends and maximize the potential of each store by leveraging resources, promotions, and team effectiveness.
  • Conduct regular sales channel analysis, reporting, and benchmarking to enhance sales productivity and quality.
  • Manage monthly forecasts for sales performance, commissions, expenses, and special projects.
  • Coordinate with inbound sales and retention teams to implement best practices for product positioning and customer engagement.
  • Monitor sales quotas and operational effectiveness for all Managers and Sales Representatives.
  • Facilitate regular meetings with sales staff to support their goal achievement.

Operational Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures among all team members.
  • Maintain appearance standards as set by Blufox Mobile.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Customer Experience Management (NPS):

  • Manage the NPS for customer interactions within the district.
  • Work with the team to ensure excellence in customer service with every interaction.
  • Collaborate with Leadership & Development personnel to initiate and sustain effective training programs.
