Position Overview:

As a Store Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding wireless solutions to our customers. Your leadership will drive sales performance and foster a positive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee retail sales of mobile devices and wireless services to customers.
  • Implement innovative marketing strategies to create additional sales opportunities.
  • Enhance knowledge of telecommunications products and services to better assist customers.
  • Guide retail sales representatives in best practices to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and monitor action plans to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
  • Conduct performance reviews for Wireless Specialists in collaboration with the District Sales Manager.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with a diverse customer base.
  • Strong motivation and eagerness to learn and excel in a retail environment.
  • Proficiency in technology and a quick understanding of wireless products.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Dynamic and confident leader, capable of inspiring and motivating team members.
