Position Overview:

As a Retail Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading a team to achieve sales excellence and provide outstanding customer service. Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering a positive environment that encourages growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive retail sales of mobile devices and wireless services to a diverse clientele.
  • Innovate marketing strategies to create additional sales opportunities.
  • Enhance your knowledge of telecommunications products and services continuously.
  • Guide retail sales representatives in their selling techniques, ensuring exceptional customer service.
  • Identify new sales opportunities through creative marketing and community engagement.
  • Establish and monitor action plans to meet daily and monthly sales targets.
  • Conduct performance reviews for Wireless Specialists in collaboration with the District Sales Manager.
  • Oversee the training program for new hires, ensuring all essential components are covered.
  • Assist in the recruitment process by pre-screening candidates and conducting interviews.
  • Manage employee scheduling to optimize store operations.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and communication skills, with the ability to connect with a diverse customer base.
  • Strong motivation and a desire to learn, grow, and succeed.
  • Proficiency in technology and a quick understanding of wireless products.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Dynamic, confident, and positive team leader with a talent for inspiring others.
