Key Responsibilities:

As a Federal Business Development Director, you will be responsible for leading the development of business opportunities in the federal market. This includes building relationships with key stakeholders, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategies to pursue them.

Key Skills:

5+ years of experience as a Business Development Director for a federal team
Strong understanding of the federal market and its complexities
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation:

$250k salary, 70/30 split based on experience level
