Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain customer relationships, ensuring follow-ups as necessary.
  • Implement a customer-centric, needs-based review process to inform clients about various insurance options.
  • Generate leads, arrange appointments, assess customer needs, and effectively market suitable products and services.

Qualifications
  • Preferred sales experience in outside sales, retail, or telemarketing.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets.
  • Genuine interest in marketing products tailored to customer needs.
  • Passionate about the role of insurance and financial products in helping individuals manage everyday risks and achieve their aspirations.
  • Self-driven and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
  • Proficient in delivering presentations to prospective clients.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively connect with customers.
  • Must be able to obtain Property and Casualty license.
  • Must be able to obtain Life and Health license.
